woman and dog

Hi there!  I’m Juanita (pronounced wa-nee’-ta).  I want to tell you a little about why we are eager to offer you a dependable pet waste removal service. (I thought you might be wondering why anyone would want to do such a thing!)

About 15 years ago my life took a dramatic turn.  I had a great little family, a wonderful husband and 2 delightful children, 8 and 2 at the time.  My husband and I decided to begin educating our children at home.  I won’t bore you with the whole long story about why we did that and how my days changed.  Let’s just say that my husband and I began to think a lot more about practical ways of preparing our children for adulthood.

One of the things my husband and I wanted to do was to teach our children how to run a business and do it well.  It didn’t have to be the next Microsoft, but they needed to understand how to meet people’s needs, how to work hard, how to talk to strangers (it’s okay, they’re a lot older now).  We wanted to start a business that we could do as a family, one that would allow us to teach these virtues to our children, along with a practical skill.  And of course, we wanted to do something that would actually benefit other people, too.  We hope that will mean you!

So that’s why our family provides a pet waste removal service to people like you.

Jordan and BrittaNow my son, Jordan, and his wife, Britta, are involved in most of the operation of the business.  They are young and still learning, but eager to meet your yard cleaning needs.

Oh, yeah –  and we love dogs.

Our 3 dogsOur oldest is Truman the pug.  We traveled to northern Wisconsin to get him from a reputable breeder.  He can’t stand it when people come to our house and then have the nerve to leave.

Several years ago we adoped Angel, a Pekingese, from a shelter to be my daughter’s personal companion, and she didn’t disappoint!

And then there’s Puppy, the Schnauzer mix (maybe?), who showed up literally outside our door one night a few years ago, about 12 weeks old, hungry, and dehydrated.  We couldn’t find his owner, and while we looked he adopted us.

If you have dogs, I hope you’ll consider letting us help you with the messy job of dog poop removal.

Just for fun, here’s a video from a few years ago of my daughter and me trying to teach our pug to use the stairs.  I hope it will make you smile.
